Roofing Referral Program

At Shiver Installed Sales in Albany, GA, we understand the value of a referral. Referrals account for more than half of our yearly business, and we are grateful for the trust that our clients put in us. That's why we created our Referral Rewards Program – to thank you for your trust and loyalty.

Submitting your referral is easy. Just fill out our Submit Referral Form online before your referral has any contact with us. Once we receive your referral, a Shiver Installed Sales representative will reach out to them and make arrangements to inspect their roof. This inspection is free, and your referral is under no obligation.

Our Program Levels

We offer three levels of rewards for our Referral Rewards Program.

We provide $250 per household to refer someone to us.
If the home is under 2,000 square feet, we offer $100.
For a home over 2,000 square feet, we provide $250.

There are a few terms to consider when participating in our Referral Rewards Program.
Firstly, a referral is a homeowner who contracts with Shiver Installed Sales for a new or replacement roof of at least 1,500 square feet. Insurance claims are welcome.
Once your referral's roof is built and they have signed their Certificate of Completion, you will receive the reward for the level you have achieved.
Referrals who become qualified customers within one year (365 days) of your first referral submission count towards your reward level achievement.
However, you may not refer your primary residence to the program.
If we have replaced your primary residence roof, you may refer to a second home, rental property, etc.
Referrals may not also be participating in our Non-Profit 501(c)3 Referral Program.
Submitting your referrals into the Referral Rewards Program is solely your responsibility.
Shiver Installed Sales representatives are not responsible for entering this information into the program for you.
Additionally, there can only be one referrer per household submitting referrals into the Referral Rewards Program.
